Project buyers usually choose between a distributor’s stock list and importing from a factory themselves. We sit in between: doors made to your specification in our factory, with our U.S. team running the order from the first email to delivery.

For container-volume projects, we open our factory for visits and audits. If you ask, the U.S. team member responsible for your order arranges the visit, meets you there and walks you through.

Lead time
Custom Doors: 12–14 Weeks
Custom door orders typically take 12–14 weeks from the start of production to delivery at your site. Production starts once your final specification is signed and your 50% deposit has cleared. That time buys you doors made to your specification in our own factory with no middleman, and our U.S. team running the order for you.

Our in-stock pre-hung door sets ship from California with no minimum order. Subject to stock confirmation, they typically arrive 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.
03 — What to send
Send What You Have
Check off what you can share today. Unknown items are fine: we list them as open items instead of guessing. Attach up to 5 files on the request form: PDF, photos, Excel or Word.
04 — Before production
What We Confirm Before Production
The details we confirm with you before production starts. Final sizes are yours to confirm, and your approved drawings define the order.
- Each opening, finalSize, handing, swing and wall thickness for each opening. Production starts only once your final specification is signed and your deposit has cleared.
- Special openings, spelled outPivot doors, laundry closets and tight openings get a note on who supplies the frame, casing and special hardware.
- Finish and hardware color, seen firstConfirmed with you by photo or sample before production; natural wood veneer varies from door to door.
- Shop drawings you approveShop drawings go to you for approval before production. Changes after approval need our written confirmation and may change the price and date. This is supply coordination, not architectural or engineering approval. Ask us for a sample shop drawing from a past project. Door subcontractors get shop drawings per door mark, with the hardware preparation for each opening, for their submittal.

05 — Supply options
Choose How Much Arrives Done
Slab, door with frame, or the complete package with casing and hardware preparation. Knockdown is our standard. Pre-hung is an option at extra cost: the door hung in its frame at our factory, the full door in one box per opening. On knockdown orders, the complete package arrives flat-packed and pre-bored for your hardware, for assembly on site. On custom orders, hardware is your choice: the hinges, lock and handle you specify, or pre-boring for hardware you source yourself. Pre-boring is available on every scope.

Left for Your Installer
- Knockdown: assemble the frame, set it in the opening, shim and fasten it, following your installer’s practice; fit the hinges and hang the door; fit the pre-cut casings; fit the lock and handle
- Pre-hung option: attach the handle, set the unit in the opening and secure it, then fit the casings
With the complete package, hinge and lock preparation is done at our factory. We supply; your installer installs.

06 — Delivery
Delivered the Way Your Project Needs
Choose the delivery basis that fits your project. Your quote states the basis, what it includes, the shipping timing and where risk passes to you.
Option 1
FOB China Port
We deliver the order on board at the port in China named in your quote; you or your forwarder handle freight, insurance and import from there.
Option 2
CIF U.S. Port
We pay ocean freight and marine insurance to the U.S. port named in your quote; you handle import from there.
Option 3
Delivered to Your Job Site
We arrange ocean freight, import and trucking through to your site, across the continental U.S. Your quote states whether duties, tariffs and customs fees are included.
Phased Delivery
Large projects can be delivered in phases, by building or floor. The phases and their planned dates are set out in your quote.
Freight in the U.S.
Freight is quoted with each order. Orders ship with our partner trucking company or an LTL freight carrier, or you can arrange pickup in Southern California in advance. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
When It Arrives
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and report all damage, shortages or wrong items, including damage found after unpacking, with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

U.S. projects supplied in 2026 include Corona del Mar, Burlingame and Norwalk, California. Our family’s company began in South Korea in 1997, and our factory has supplied major residential developers in China since 2003. We exhibited at IBS 2026 in Orlando.

Questions Project Buyers Ask

Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the specification and are confirmed in your quote.
What are the payment terms?
For custom door orders, a 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before release. In-stock sets are paid in full when the order is placed.
Can you supply fire-rated doors?
Yes, by project. For openings that need a rating, we source labeled doors from partner factories that already supply the U.S. market. Tell us which openings need a rating and what your project requires.
How do your doors handle sound between rooms?
Solid-core doors are available where sound between rooms matters. Tell us what your project requires, and we quote to it.
Can we use your doors on HUD-funded or public projects?
Our doors are made in China. If your project has federal or other public funding, tell us every funding source up front; your funding agency or counsel decides which domestic-content rules apply.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample in your quote request; you cover the shipping. Our IBS 2026 display doors are at our warehouse in La Mirada, California: schedule a visit, or ask for a video call.
