BARAVEN Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Last updated: October 17, 2026
BARAVEN is a DBA of MR DOOR US INC. This Privacy Policy explains how MR DOOR US INC DBA BARAVEN collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, submit a request, upload project information, or communicate with us.
This policy applies to:
- baraven.com
- portal.baraven.com, including the public request form and staff-only portal areas used to manage requests
1. Information You Provide
When you submit a request through BARAVEN, we collect information necessary to review and respond to it.
Required information
The request form requires:
- Name
- Email address
- Request type / what you need
Optional information
Depending on your request, you may also provide:
- Phone number
- Company name
- City and state
- Request-specific details
- A written message
- How you heard about BARAVEN
- Up to 5 supported project files, including drawings, door schedules, and photographs
You may upload up to 5 files with a request. These may include drawings, door schedules, photographs, and other supported project documents.
Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
2. Information Recorded Automatically
When you use the request form, BARAVEN may automatically record limited information associated with the submission.
This may include:
- The BARAVEN page, referral source, or campaign that directed you to the request form
- A source or campaign tag associated with the request, such as a value indicating that the visitor came from our Request a Quote page
- The version of the privacy or consent wording displayed when the request was submitted
- The language you selected for the request form
- Security information used to prevent spam, abuse, or duplicate submissions
We use source and campaign information to understand how prospective customers find BARAVEN and which website pages, outreach efforts, or campaigns generate legitimate business requests.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information submitted through BARAVEN to:
- Respond to your request
- Review product, project, supply, or program requirements
- Prepare quotations
- Communicate about potential or existing business
- Process and fulfill orders
- Maintain request and project records
- Provide customer support
- Prevent spam, fraud, duplicate submissions, and misuse of our systems
- Understand how customers find BARAVEN
- Improve our websites, request process, and business operations
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping requirements
Submitting a request starts a review conversation. It does not by itself constitute an approved specification, quotation, manufacturing confirmation, delivery commitment, or production release.
4. Optional Marketing Communications
BARAVEN may provide an optional checkbox allowing you to receive product news, company updates, offers, or other marketing communications.
Marketing enrollment is opt-in only.
Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing communications unless you affirmatively select the marketing option.
When the marketing option is selected, we record that consent with the request.
Every BARAVEN marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to respond to a request, manage a quotation or order, provide support, or conduct an existing business relationship.
5. File Storage and Access
Request information and uploaded project files are stored using Supabase infrastructure located in the United States.
Uploaded files are kept in private storage.
Access to requests and uploaded files is restricted to authorized BARAVEN staff. Staff access to the BARAVEN portal requires sign-in with two-step authentication.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Bot Protection and Cloudflare Turnstile
BARAVEN uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the request form to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive traffic.
Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals needed to perform its security check.
Cloudflare’s handling of information is governed by its own policies:
Cloudflare Website and Online Services Terms
7. IP Addresses and Abuse Prevention
Normal website and security infrastructure may process an IP address when your device connects to BARAVEN or its service providers.
Within the BARAVEN inquiry record, we do not store the original IP address.
Instead, the request system creates a one-way hashed identifier derived from connection information. This identifier is used for purposes such as:
- Spam prevention
- Rate limiting
- Abuse prevention
- Duplicate-submission controls
The hashed identifier is automatically cleared after 30 days.
Because it is one-way hashed, BARAVEN does not retain the original IP address in the request record.
8. Email Communications
BARAVEN uses its Hostinger-hosted email service, including info@baraven.com, to send and receive request-related communications.
When a request is submitted:
- BARAVEN staff may receive an internal notification containing information from the request
- The person submitting the request may receive a confirmation email
- Email records may be maintained as part of the associated business communication
Operational emails concerning a request, quotation, order, project, or support matter are separate from optional marketing communications.
9. Website Analytics
BARAVEN uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on baraven.com and portal.baraven.com to understand aggregate website usage and performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured without analytics cookies and is not used by BARAVEN for cross-site tracking.
We use this information to understand matters such as overall website traffic, page usage, and site performance and to improve the BARAVEN online experience.
Website analytics do not by themselves enroll a visitor in BARAVEN marketing communications.
Videos. Some pages include YouTube videos. On Dealer & Distribution and Door Systems, a preview image loads from Google’s servers when the page opens, and the video itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. On Production, the video is a standard YouTube embed that loads with the page. When a video or preview loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may set cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. If you opt out on our Opt-out Preferences page, or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the Production video stays blocked until you choose to load it.
10. Retention
BARAVEN retains information according to the reason it was collected and whether the request becomes an active business transaction.
Requests that do not become orders
Requests that do not become orders are retained for up to 24 months.
After that period, the request and its associated uploaded files are deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, dispute, security matter, or other legitimate recordkeeping requirement.
Orders and business records
When a request becomes an order or other active business relationship, relevant information may be retained longer as necessary to:
- Fulfill and document the transaction
- Maintain customer and project records
- Meet accounting and tax requirements
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Protect BARAVEN’s legal and commercial interests
The hashed connection identifier described above follows its separate 30-day deletion period.
11. Languages
The BARAVEN request form is available in English, Spanish, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.
Your confirmation email is sent in the language you selected for the form.
The same privacy practices apply regardless of the language used to submit a request.
Website translation. The language selector on baraven.com uses GTranslate, which relies on Google Translate. If you choose a language other than English, the text of the page you are viewing is sent to Google to be translated, and Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. Pages stay in English unless you choose another language.
Translations are automated and provided for convenience only. They may contain errors. The English version of this website, including quotes, terms, and legal pages, is the governing version.

15. California Do Not Track Disclosures
On baraven.com, our cookie tool treats a browser Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of non-essential cookies and blocks the embedded YouTube video on Production until you choose to load it. portal.baraven.com does not change its behavior in response to a DNT signal.
BARAVEN does not use cross-site behavioral advertising on baraven.com or portal.baraven.com. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured without analytics cookies and without cross-site tracking.
Some third-party services receive technical information as necessary to provide hosting, security, analytics, translation, or other website functionality.
On baraven.com, GTranslate is available as an optional translation feature. GTranslate is activated when a visitor chooses another language. When used, page text is sent to Google for translation, and Google may receive technical information and may set or read Google cookies in accordance with Google’s own privacy practices.
BARAVEN does not use GTranslate for cross-site behavioral advertising and does not control Google’s independent data practices.
