01 — Door types
Flush, Pivot and Specialty Interior Doors, Made in Our Factory
Interior doors are made in our factory in China, in Dongguan and at our Guangxi production base. Flush, pivot and specialty doors can go on one order with one U.S. company, instead of splitting the openings on your plans between suppliers. Each door is prepared for the hinge, pivot or track system it runs on.

02 — Configurations
Slab, Frame, Complete Package or Pre-Hung
Knockdown is our standard. Pre-hung is an option at extra cost: the door hung in its frame at our factory, the full door in one box per opening.

We supply; your installer installs. On knockdown orders, the frame and any casing ship flat; your installer assembles the frame, hangs the door and fits the lock and handle. Concealed hinges, magnetic-latch locks and similar hardware are custom options you choose. Pre-boring means the door is machined at our factory for the hinges, lock and handle you specify.

On site: your installer attaches the handle, sets the unit in the opening and secures it, then fits the casings.
03 — Finishes and cores
Wood Veneer, Laminate or Paint, Over the Core You Choose
Any combination you need: natural wood veneer, laminate or paint, over a solid core (particleboard or solid wood) or a hollow core.
Natural wood veneer
Our natural wood veneer doors are made with our factory’s China-patented panel-bending technology. There’s no separate edge strip to lift or chip, and no seam at the edge. Natural veneer varies in color and grain from door to door. Name the veneer species you want, or send a sketch, a photo or a reference, and we work out how our factory can make it in real wood veneer.
Laminate and paint
Send the color or pattern you need, and your quote confirms it before production.
Samples
Finish samples, including veneer jamb and casing samples, are available on request; you cover the shipping. Our IBS 2026 display doors are at our warehouse in La Mirada, California: schedule a visit, or ask for a video call.

04 — Made to your openings
Made to Your Openings, Confirmed Before Production
Tell us the openings, and we make the doors to them. U.S. projects supplied in 2026 include Corona del Mar, Burlingame and Norwalk, California. See a custom order from our factory to the site →

- Confirmed before productionSizes, construction, finish, hardware preparation and packing go into the final specification you sign. We do our best to double-check your drawings, but final dimensions are yours to confirm.
Lead time
Custom doors: 12–14 weeks
Custom door orders typically take 12–14 weeks from the start of production to delivery at your site. Production starts once your final specification is signed and your 50% deposit has cleared. That time buys you doors made to your specification in our own factory with no middleman, and our U.S. team running the order for you.

Need doors sooner?
Our in-stock pre-hung door sets ship from California with no minimum order. Subject to stock confirmation, they typically arrive 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.

Do you supply the hinges, lock and handle?
Yes, if you want us to. On custom orders, hardware is your choice: the hinges, lock and handle you specify, or pre-boring for hardware you source yourself. On pre-hung orders, the hinges and lock are installed at our factory. Your quote states exactly what is included.
Which way will each door open?
You specify the handing for each opening (left or right, in-swing or out-swing) in your specification, and the doors are made for that handing, and pre-bored for it when your order includes pre-boring.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the specification and are confirmed in your quote.
Can I get interior doors made to size?
Yes. Door heights, widths and thicknesses come from your drawings or door schedule, not from a catalog list, and the frame depth is made to your wall.
How much does a custom interior door cost?
It depends on the size, construction, finish and hardware. See price examples in the estimator, or send your specification for a quote.
Can I change the order after I approve it?
Changes to an approved order (sizes, finishes, quantities) need our written confirmation and may change the price and the delivery date. Custom orders can’t be cancelled once production has started.
How does payment work?
For custom door orders, a 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before release. Your quote states the amounts, under our Terms.
Can you provide compliance documents?
Tell us what your project requires, and we confirm it in your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Limited 2-year warranty: see our Terms.
