03 — Why order through us

You Don’t Have to Manage the Factory

Where each piece is made matters less than who stands behind your order. We handle the factory side; you deal with one U.S. team.

  • One U.S. team, start to finish

Quality, timing, shipping and import are handled by our team in California, from your first list to delivery.

  • The right factory for each item

Our factory, or a partner factory we have reviewed in person that already exports overseas, chosen for the item and your budget. Every partner is one we work with directly, with set processes.

  • One team in between

You work with our U.S. team, so details don’t get lost between you and the factory.

Behind your furniture order

  • ProductionWorkshops for solid wood, panel furniture, paint and UV finishing, hardware and upholstery.
  • Our partners’ experienceHotels, villas, clubhouses and commercial spaces, with exports to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
  • PackingExport cartons, with boxes marked to your instructions, such as by floor or room type.

  • One team to call

Questions on doors, wall panels or furniture go to the same U.S. team.

07 — Questions

Furniture Questions

More on our doors: Custom Interior Doors.

Do you make the furniture yourselves?

Our U.S. team handles your order from quote to delivery. Wood furniture and casework can be made in our factory; other items come from partner factories we have reviewed in person that already export overseas. You never have to deal with a factory directly.

Can the furniture match our doors and wall panels?

Yes. Send the finish you want, and your quote confirms the match for each item before production.

Can you work from our designer’s drawings?

Yes. Send drawings, renderings or a spec book, and your quote lists each item and its materials.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums are confirmed in your quote.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed in your quote, item by item. Send your opening date with your request so we can plan around it.

Do you provide compliance documents?

Tell us what your project requires, and we confirm it in your quote.

Do you install?

We supply; your installer installs.

What if something arrives damaged?

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report all damage, including damage found after unpacking, with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage and warranty under our Terms.
