Do I have to import the doors myself?
Not if you choose delivery. On a delivered quote we arrange production, ocean freight and import to your warehouse or job site in the continental U.S. If you prefer to handle part of the route yourself, we can also quote FOB at the factory port in China or CIF to a U.S. port. Your quote states the basis, what it includes, and whether duties, tariffs and customs fees are included.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the program, the construction and the finish, and are confirmed in your quote.
What are the lead time and payment terms?
Custom door orders typically take 12–14 weeks from the start of production to delivery at your site. On a delivered quote, that covers production, ocean freight and delivery, not production alone. For custom door orders, a 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before release. That time buys you doors made to your specification in our own factory with no middleman, and our U.S. team running the order.
How do samples work?
Samples are defined per program, and their cost is agreed before anything is made; you cover the shipping. Your approved sample or drawing becomes part of the final specification you sign. Natural wood veneer varies in color and grain, so production doors won’t match the sample exactly.
Can you match a product we already sell?
Send the specification or a sample, and your quote confirms what we’ll make before production. The door is then made to the specification you approve. On custom orders, hardware is your choice: the hinges, lock and handle you specify, or pre-boring for hardware you source yourself.
Which finishes, cores and door types can you make?
Any combination you need: natural wood veneer, laminate, paint or another finish, over a solid core (particleboard or solid wood) or a hollow core. Flush, pivot, oversized, hidden flush-to-wall, pocket, barn and folding doors are built in our factory and prepared for the hardware system each type runs on.
Can you run programs beyond interior doors?
Yes. Every line we offer now can run as an OEM or private-label program: interior and exterior doors, wall panels and furniture packages. Exterior doors are made mainly in our factory; on some projects we recommend a partner factory where its materials or processes give better value. Aluminum doors come from partner factories under exclusive agreements, and furniture comes from partner factories under direct agreements. Every partner factory is one we have reviewed in person, and all already export overseas; you deal only with our U.S. team. Lead times for these lines are confirmed in your quote.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes, for container-volume orders. If you ask, the U.S. team member responsible for your order arranges the visit, meets you there and walks you through. Otherwise, we show you production on video.
