04 — Questions
Project Questions
What buyers ask when they look at our work.
Can you make a door from a photo?
Often, yes. The picture is a starting point: the specification you sign defines the door. If a material, size or detail in the picture can’t be made as shown, we settle it with you before production. Some types, such as aluminum or certified fire-rated doors, come from partner factories.
Can I see your doors in person?
Our IBS 2026 display doors are at our warehouse in La Mirada, California: schedule a visit, or ask for a video call.
Can we visit the factory?
For container-volume projects, we open our factory for visits and audits. If you ask, the U.S. team member responsible for your order arranges the visit, meets you there and walks you through. For smaller orders, you can see our production on video.
How long does a custom door take?
Custom orders typically take 12–14 weeks from the start of production to delivery at your site. Production starts once your final specification is signed and your 50% deposit has cleared. For aluminum doors, the lead time is confirmed in your quote.
Do you install the doors?
We supply the doors; your installer or contractor installs them.
