03 — Continuous-vein sets

Marble-Look Panels, Veins That Run Across the Wall

22 marble patterns in matched sets of two, three or four boards, so the pattern carries across the joints instead of stopping at each board. Gloss or soft matte.

  1. A matched setTwo, three or four boards whose veins join edge to edge.
  2. Repeat the setOn a long wall the set repeats, and the vein still lines up at the joint.
  3. Board width1200 mm (47 1/4 in.) per board.
  4. Wall height2440, 2600, 2800 or 3000 mm (8 ft to about 9 ft 10 in), or made to your wall height.

04 — Installation

How the Panels Go Up

Stone-, wood- and fabric-look boards go on a flat wall with adhesive and metal trims. We supply the panels; your installer installs.

  1. Flat wall firstThe wall must be flat. Level an uneven wall first with plywood, gypsum board or cement board.
  2. Top and bottom trimsTrims are fitted first, top and bottom, so each board slides into place.
  3. Adhesive on the backStructural adhesive in dots or beads; each board is pressed flat to the wall.
  4. Joint stripsA slim metal strip sits in each joint and holds the next board in line.
  5. Corner and end trimsInside, outside and end trims finish the edges. Count them per wall before installation.

Inside each board

  • Decorative faceThe look you choose, on PP, PVC or PET film, metal film or a water-based fabric film.
  • Hard layers, front and backAn acrylic-based layer on both sides of the core, so the board is built the same on each face.
  • Core and edgesPVC resin, bamboo-charcoal fiber and calcium carbonate. Edges grooved to suit the wall, and boards cut to size.

Tell us if you want trims and adhesive included, and your quote confirms it.

08 — Questions

Wall Panel Questions

More on our doors: Custom Interior Doors.

Can the panels be made to my wall height?

Yes. Boards come in standard heights from 8 to about 10 ft, or made to the heights on your drawings.

Do the marble patterns line up across the wall?

Yes, with matched sets. The veins run on from board to board, and the set repeats on long walls.

Are the wood looks real wood?

The wood-look boards have a printed face. For real wood, choose our natural wood veneer panels.

Can a door match the panel wall?

A hidden flush-to-wall door can be finished to match the wall around it. Send the panel finish with your door order, and we confirm what we can match before production. See Hidden Doors.

Do you provide compliance documents?

Tell us what your project requires, and we confirm it in your quote. Corridors, lobbies and exits need an interior-finish flame-spread class (ASTM E84) set by the building code: tell us the class your project needs, and we confirm before you order whether test reports are available for the finish you choose.

Do you install?

We supply; your installer installs.

What is the lead time?

Lead time and terms for wall panels are confirmed in your quote.

What if something arrives damaged?

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report all damage, including damage found after unpacking, with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage and warranty under our Terms.
